On or about October 20, 2016, a bridge replacement project on Long Hill Road in Harding Twp. (County Rt. 604) will close New Vernon Road in Meyersville for approximately 7 days.
The bridge construction will be taking place just north of the Great Swamp Wildlife Observation Area on Long Hill Road in Harding Township. Motorists will be able to access the observation area from New Vernon Road in Meyersville., but will not be able to travel any further north.
All Long Hill Township residences and businesses located on New Vernon road will be accessible from Long Hill Twp.
As a reminder, this is complete closure of Long Hill Road in Harding Township for approximately 7 days starting on or about October 20, 2016. MOTORISTS AND CYCLISTS travelling north on New Vernon Road in Meyersville will not be able to travel through the Great Swamp to access Lees Hill Road in Harding Township.
Detours will be in place taking motorists east on Meyersville Road into Chatham Township. The detour route will be marked with signs.
