    • High level of safety: Temp Check, Questionnaire, Distancing

    • Remain in your vehicle until your appointment time
    • Fast/Efficient using PCR test
    • Wear a mask or face-covering
    • Present a state-issued photo ID/license
    • Present all medical insurance cards/No co-pay or cost
    • Receive results in timely manner by text or phone call if ‘Positive’
