PLEASE NOTE: Caution signs are posted at Stirling Lake; "The Ice is Unsafe". We monitor the thickness of the ice at the lake. At no time should anyone be out on the ice unless these signs are removed, and the sign on the flagpole indicates "SKATING" is permitted. Thank you for being extra cautious around the ice.

4-week Mindful Evening Yoga for all levels. Classes begin Monday January 27th and run through February 24th. (No class on February 17th). Classes run from

PLEASE NOTE: The 2020 meeting schedule for Recreation Advisory Committee Meetings has changed. We will be meeting on the third Tuesday of each month. The Township Calendar is incorrect.
2020 Meeting Dates: 1/21, 2/18, 3/17, 4/21, 5/19, 6/16, 7/21, 8/18, 9/15, 10/20, 11/17, 12/15 All meetings are held at Town Hall in the lobby area near the Recreation Dept. at 7:30pm. All meetings are open to the public. We're always looking for new members!
Do your New Year's Resolutions include exercising more? Why not start a walking regimen at Kantor Park? With the completion of the walkway around the grass field; if you do a "figure 8" around the park, you will have walked 1/2 mile. Why don't you start a challenge for yourself? Start off with a 1/2 mile, and then try to add laps as we travel through the winter! Anyone with a success story--please be sure to share it with us!

"I'm on a Wait List for a program. What does that mean?"
Some of our programs have a maximum # of participants that can be registered for any number of reasons such as physical space limitations, established ratios between our instructors and participants, equipment/material available, etc.
If you have added your name to a wait list (always at no charge), you will be contacted only if space becomes available. If you are still interested in the program; your registration on the wait list will move over to the intended program, and you will be asked to go in and apply payment to secure your spot in the program. If you are no longer interested, we will just remove your name from the wait list and continue on down the list.
