COVID-19 VACCINE CLINICS

The Bernards Township Health Department will be offering Pfizer for ages 5-11, bivalent Pfizer (12+) boosters, and bivalent Moderna (18+) boosters.   

October COVID-19 vaccine clinics are scheduled as follows:
Pediatric Pfizer for ages 5-11 will be given on Monday, October 17, from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.     
First, second, and booster doses will be available.

Bivalent Omicron Boosters for Pfizer (ages 12+) and Moderna (ages 18+) will be given on October 4, 17, and 25 from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.

If you plan to get a booster for any COVID-19 vaccine, please review your eligibility here or at bernardshealth.org before making your appointment.

For all clinics:
Walk-in spots may be available but are not guaranteed.
Bring your original vaccination card with you if you are coming for a booster shot.
No identification or insurance card required.
Please wear a mask and social distance upon arrival.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
